Following the brand transformation – Technologies That Move Us – Kirsten led a similarly dramatic update to Panasonic North America’s online presence. Her responsibilities included leading all key stakeholder meetings, collaboration with corporate digital team and external technology partners. She oversaw all aspects of initiative from audit to content delivery.

The online transformation moved Panasonic North America from e-commerce and individual business unit sites on multiple platforms to an enterprise-wide, mobile first site. In under six months, 17 sites and over 5,000 pages were audited and categorized using a strategic criteria. Kirsten facilitated stakeholder workshops with individual business units (9) and corporate marketing teams to review audit, determine business site requirements and identify gaps in content. Use cases and user journeys were developed to ratify future-state Information Architecture (IA).

Once IA was socialized and approved with all stakeholders, interactive and annotated wireframes were developed which aligned with Drupal best practices. Close collaboration with the Drupal development team created efficiencies in time and cost. The site look and feel leveraged the new brand platform and to set the tone and voice content was developed for all key brand and storytelling site pages. Saving time, money and resulting in higher visibility to industry targets, increased traffic and comprehensive analytics.
